Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At ELEGANT COZY SDN BHD, we take care to ensure that our board games, card games, gaming accessories and other products are accurately described and properly prepared for delivery.

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds or Exchanges

All items sold are considered final and are not exchangeable or refundable unless:

  • The merchant sent an incorrect item.
  • The item received does not match the specifications, description, features or information advertised on our website.
  • The item is spoiled, damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The delivery exceeds the timeline stated in the Company’s Shipping Policy.

Evidence Required

To submit a return, refund or exchange request, the customer must provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, original packaging and item received.
  • A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
  • Relevant photographs, order details and any other supporting documents requested by the Company.

All requests must be emailed to elegant-cozy@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Requests submitted after the 24-hour period, or without complete and acceptable supporting evidence, will not be accepted. All eligible requests remain subject to review and verification by the Company.
